Delivery Information

We offer FREE express tracked delivery for all orders over £30 and FREE standard delivery for orders over £20 in the United Kingdom. If your order doesn’t quite reach the required amount, you’ll need to pay for shipping as shown below. Orders placed before 3pm on Monday to Friday will be shipped on the very same day, while orders placed after this time will be sent out on the following day. Any orders placed on Bank Holidays or weekends will be sent out the following working day.

Tracking Information

If you have chosen any of our tracking options you should have received an email from Royal Mail with tracking details. Simply copy the tracking number, follow the link in the email to the tracking section on the Royal Mail website and paste the number in there where you should find info on your shipment.

Packaging Information

All orders are carefully packed in our warehouse using either protective cardboard, air cushions, foam or bubble wrap to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Packaging is plain with a return address on the outside to Fantasi.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders sent by express will arrive the next day. Second class will take 2-4 working days. If for some reason your order does not arrive within 10 working days (two weeks) after it was shipped we guarantee a replacement. While we understand the frustration this may cause, we must wait 10 working days before we can declare a package as lost with Royal Mail. As such, we’re simply unable to send any replacement packages until the 10th working day has passed.

Unless your order is tracked, we can only give you the following update:

  1. Your order has been delivered
  2. Your order is still out for dispatch
  3. Your order has been returned to the depot and you need to reschedule the delivery. You would have received a red slip from Royal Mail in this instance and you can reschedule directly with them.

If your order hasn’t arrived then please assume your order is still out for delivery. If your shipment still hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, then please get in touch with us using our contact form with your order number so we can look into this for you. Unfortunately, this is the case for express delivery too.

EU Delivery Information

£12.99 for all orders under £50

Orders over £50 will receive FREE EU Shipping. We use Royal Mail International Shipping to offer European Tracked Delivery. Delivery times vary between countries so we’re unable to give estimated shipping times for any orders outside of Mainland UK. We’re able to ship our products to the following countries within the European Economic Area:

£19.99 for all orders under £100

Orders over £100 receive FREE International Shipping. We use Royal Mail International Shipping to offer International Tracked Delivery. Delivery times vary between countries so unfortunately we’re unable to give estimated shipping times for any orders outside of Mainland UK.

Please check with your local import regulations for vape products before ordering as we cannot take responsibility for items seized or destroyed by customs, nor can we accept liability for any customs charges.

Further, occasionally your items might incur further delays at customs whilst they complete their checks. In these instances we cannot fast-track the process, nor can we send a replacement.
